Maintenance Manager

**Mission**Leading capital investment, process improvement projects and perform de preventive maintenance activities to keep the plant in good operational conditions, and whilst supporting the site in its industrial and operational development, according to the Group Operations Strategy, the Group Project Management guidelines and the yearly budgets and objectives.**Key Tasks**Project Management to study, prepare, execute and close projectsProject Management: using the Project Management methodology defined as standard within the Group.Project execution: Project execution within project’s objectives and time schedule. The Project Engineer must have a high added value in setting up and maintaining the project schedule, checking the milestones, communicating the warnings and deviations. The Project Engineer has to follow up and control the execution. He is the acting Technical Project Manager.Budget control: estimating costs, cost control i.e. collecting reliable data relative to engaged and/or spent amounts and taking corrective actions if needed, etcCommunication: ensure a transparent, fluent and effective communication with all stakeholders as well as with external partners (suppliers, contractors, engineering companies, authorities, etc.);Project Engineering- Responsible for the compliance of the conceptual design with the project objectives and with local specifications and requirements.- Develop, lead and implement capital projects to address issues related to improve productivity, safety, new products introduction, and automatization of the plants.- Evaluation of the basic and detailed design according to the general design requirements. General design requirements are:- Group’ S&E Policy & Standards- Operational efficiency- State of the art process and utilities set up- Food industry hygienic standards (HACCP, BRC, EHEDG, etc.)- Optimal life cycle costOperational Support and technical assistance- Coach the local operations teams with the implementation, evaluation and improvements of OEE, Quality, Safety and Energy performance.Support local operations with technical assistance (technical problems, line optimization, etc )Capability building- Increase the technical and operational skills of the field based colleagues by organizing trainings and providing on-the-job coaching.Market follow-up- Follow up of the technical/technological evolution in the food industry (suppliers, magazines, fairs, courses,)- Communicate and share this knowledge with colleagues and peers.Maintenance of Equipment- Manage and supervise third party suppliers while executing their services- Perform the preventive maintenance according equipment vendor recommendation and according the corporate guidelines- Manage CMMS and other related software, in order to have all maintenance activities performed electronically- Have KPIs for their critical areas and perform actions plans to achieve the targets- Comply with annual budget for the area, exposing special needs and taking approval before execution- Have the right spare parts in house minimizing the use of capital- Hire, perform training and individual assessment for their own people**Competences**- Education level: Master’s in engineering sciences or Bachelor of Sciences with experience.- Minimum 5 years’ experience as project or technical support engineer- Functional skills- Demonstrated people and project management skills- Demonstrated project engineering skills- Demonstrated technical knowledge of main industrial technologies- Software skills : Autocad or another drawing tool, MS-Office, Sharepoint, MS-Project- Fluent in English- Good analytical skills- HACCP- GMP- SAP- Good knowledge of project related financial kpi (IRR, NPV, ROI )- **Behavioural skills**:- Team player- Good communication skills- Priority setting- Customer focused- Flexible- Results driven- Mindset for continuous improvement- Inspirational- Consensus building
