Our 93,000 employees operate a network of 2,600 offices and laboratories, working together to enable a better, safer and more interconnected world.**Job Description**:- Enters high volume of daily cash receipts for all US customer accounts- Posts lockbox payments by recording transactions received from several lock boxes into our system- Responsible for reconciling each batch as its posted via cash transactions, third party remittances, and credit card payments. Balance posted amount vs Bank Deposits.- Downloads, posts, and reconciles electronic remittance files timely & accurately- Monitors unapplied and unidentified receipts and works with business units for timely resolution- Works with the billing and collections representatives to resolve posting problems- Monitor and fix errors in the Interface daily- Performs the setup of new customers- Adheres to internal standards, policies and procedures.- Train New Employees as well assist Employees with any issues- Performs other duties as assigned such as engaging in collection management processes as necessary etc.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance- 4+ years of professional experience in Accounts Receivable - Cash Application- Advanced English- Oracle (nice to have)Additional Information- We offer you a friendly, supportive and collaborative working environment.- We offer a continuous learning and enrich your career.- Superior Benefits- Hybrid workplace
