As we continue growing at a fast pace, will you “Dare to Grow” with us?**Requisitos**:Licenciatura en negocios internacionales o afinIngles avanzadoConocimiento avanzado de Excel y herramientas de análisis de bases de datos.Experiência al menos de un año en posicion similar con conocimientos en seguros, logística, transporte o manejo de reclamaciones.FuncionesRecibir y revisar reclamaciones para verificar su exactitud y completitud de datos.Administrar reservas conforme a los contratos aplicables.Investigar reclamaciones y documentar los expedientes para su resolución o rechazo.Preparar autorizaciones de liquidación y presentaciones para aprobación, dando seguimiento con la alta dirección y/o aseguradora.Actuar como recurso de apoyo para abogados defensores en procesos de litigio.Realizar investigaciones y actividades relacionadas con la defensa legal.Servir de enlace entre la empresa y la aseguradora en casos de gran impacto.Colaborar con otros departamentos para recopilar información sobre incidentes relevantes.Desarrollar y generar reportes de gestión detallados.Coordinar con el área de finanzas para alinear reservas actuales.Brindar asesoría a las estaciones sobre el manejo de reclamaciones.Mantener comunicación efectiva con la gerencia local y corporativa sobre reclamaciones significativas.Obtener actualizaciones continuas de los reclamantes sobre el estado de sus casos.Realizar otras funciones asignadas.CompetenciasAtención al detalle y habilidades organizativas.Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo.Habilidades de comunicación efectiva con múltiples áreas.As a global organization, and as part of the CMA CGM Group, diversity is critical to our business success; only when we can reflect the cultures, languages, behaviors and local knowledge of our customers, we can succeed.
