Job Description:As an Accountant with our organization, your primary responsibilities will include:- Tracking the organization's accounts payable and accounts receivable.- Accurate data entry and maintenance of cash receipts, disbursement journal, and general ledger.- Preparing bank reconciliations for all bank accounts.- Comparing monthly and quarterly reports for various funding sources.- Managing invoice payments, payroll processing, and filing tax returns.- Taking charge of all day-to-day financial statement preparation and addressing other business-related financial needs.Qualifications:- Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in English and Spanish.- Ability to obtain QuickBooks Certification within the first two months from the Date of Hire.- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks.- At least two years of relevant work experience in accounting, including experience with US Accounting principles and practices.Remote Work Requirements:A minimum of two monitors to facilitate efficient work processes.A quiet and dedicated workspace conducive to productivity.A reliable and high-speed internet connection to ensure seamless communication and task execution.Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach, including proficiency in English.**Benefits**:Competitive salary and performance - based incentives.Professional development opportunities and ongoing trainingA supportive and collaborative works environmentApplication Instructions:To be considered for the position, your resume must be written in English.**Language**:English (required)**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractPay: $20,000.00 - $23,000.00 per monthWork Location: On the road
