We delight our Fortune 100 customers such as Comcast, Apple, Samsung, Google, Vivint and Daikin with ground breaking wireless technology solutions such as advanced, voice-enabled remote controls, cloud control solutions, extreme low power Bluetooth silicon with energy harvesting capabilities, smart thermostats and sensors and many other IoT solutions.**GENERAL OVERVIEW**: The IMMEX Analyst is responsible to manage and follow up import export operations from company, customs agents’ coordination, Anexx 24 invoices, opens and closure pediments, external commerce operations expense accounts review.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:1. Preparation and correct analysis of import and export invoices in annex 24, register new part numbers, and maintance of the parts catalog2. Coordinate the clearance of import and export merchandise with MX and US customs agents3. Make sure that merchandise dispatches are carried our on time in coordination with Customs Agents and Warehouses4. Integrate electronic records of foreign trade operations.5. Develop and monitor the tariff classification process with Customs Agents6. Generation and reporting of information for the KPIs of the Department7. Review and report generation of expense operations for import export8. Follow up of open and closure of RT Export Pediments, A1 Land, Air and sea9. Follow up of open and closure of RT Import Pediments, A1 Land, Air and sea10. Follow up of virtual pediments and monthly consolidated.11Follow up and solving of mistakes and operation incidences.12.
