HR Business Services Lead, Mexico City

You will be the strategic HR Business Services Lead, translating business strategy into people actions to ensure company results through people. You will report to the HR Business Services Head, and you will be based in Mexico City. #LI-Hybrid**Key Responsibilities**- Design and implement HR projects that strengthen performance.- Be the link between business leaders and HR, ensuring solutions meet organizational needs.- Support leaders in change management, organizational design, and workplace culture (weekly on-site presence).- Lead talent processes: recruitment, succession planning, performance, development, engagement, and retention.- Track HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, performance) and recommend improvements.- Ensure compliance with Federal Labor Law, internal policies, and global HR standards.- Promote diversity, inclusion, and HR practices.- Contribute to audits, continuous improvement, and regional/global HR projects.- Share dashboards and insights with management.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree or Engineering- +5 years in Human Resources, including at least 3 years in a managerial position- Experience in multinational companies or matrixed environments- Advanced EnglishBenefits like pension plan, medical and life insurance, salary will be reviewed in the interview meeting.**About us**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.****We are "One PPG" to the world.****We trust our people every day, in every way.****We make it happen.****We run it like we own it.****We do better today than yesterday - everyday.**Benefits will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.PPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
