**The Role**:Reporting to the General Manager of our Mexico City office, as the Senior Demand Planner, you will specialize in carrying out research and analysis to predict consumer demand to manage inventory and guide ICO (intercontinental) supply chain operations. You will drive cross-functional alignment by ensuring all business decisions are based on a shared view of future demand, supply chain, and operations planning. This is a hybrid role, which requires some onsite work. **#LI-hybrid****The Opportunity**:- Coordinate Mexico DRM process.- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, use of statistical forecast model, and evaluate forecast results.- Coordinate cross-functional market intelligence activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions (Define Supply Strategy)- Responsible to communicate and negotiate with ICO (intercontinental Supply Chain group) to confirm product assigned to Mexico to ensure financial objectives and Line Fill rate targets to customers.- Elaborate Purchase orders to manufacturing sites.- Define target safety stock by product, assuring availability of products for sale and reduce the risk of write offs setting commercial activities aligned with Sales Team.- Responsible to reflect approved affiliate demand in planning system and software (Kynaxis).- Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process (FCA, Bias, write off, Back Order, financial reconciliation), Organize the monthly S&OP meeting to communicate KPI´s results.- Collaborate closely in Launch Plans with Marketing and sales team.**Your Skills and Abilities**:- Degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or any other related area.- Minimum five (5) years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry as Demand Planner.- English fluency skills required.- Management and knowledge of Kinaxis software desirable.**Our Benefits**:We encourage you to make your well-being a priority.
