"Winning with purpose" reflects our ambition to win sustainably in the market and integrate the purpose in all aspects of the business.Currently we are looking for our next**:LATAM Master Demand Planner****Which is the main objective of this role?**Be the principal connection between Local Market, Global Modeller and Central Team to maintain a harmonized excellence Demand Planning Process across all LATAM Countries using the standard tools, responsible for create and manage Sector or Local projects of continuos improvement of the mentioned process.**What will you be doing?**- Represent DP market to develop accurate demand forecasts within the defined process and standard tools.- Align with modeler the delivery of statistical forecasts that provide optimized levels for both near and long-term forecast accuracy across each country- Align with market and modeler to incorporate business insights into optimizing algorithms to improve solution quality.- Change parameters in Demand Workbench to improve Statistical Performance.- Review with modeler & provide the market visibility to history cleansing opportunities.- Support Strategy team action items that go into continuous improvements. If change requests are needed, create them, track status and when they are implemented, communicate it to DP markets and modeler.- Support training related with Demand or Blue Yonder Process.- Support change management activities (process, tools, and technology) and implementations related to process improvement or tool time changes.**Qualifications/Requirements**:**Who are we looking for?**- Demand planning knowledge and planning processes.- High ability to handle statistics and data interpretation.- +3 years of experience in a similar position (Demand Planner, Supply Planner, Fleet Planner, Replenishment Planner, etc)- Career: Industrial and Systems Engineering or related- Advanced English language knowledge**What can you expect from us?**:- Competitive compensation- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs- We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
