This hybrid leadership role is ideal for someone who can define and lead SAP solution architecture while ensuring high-quality SAP AMS delivery and outstanding client satisfaction.** Key Responsibilities**:- **Enterprise Architecture & Strategic SAP Consulting**- Design and implement integrative, end-to-end SAP solution architectures tailored to client business requirements, with a hybrid focus (both technical and functional) to ensure cohesive and scalable solutions across platforms.- Define organizational structures and processes across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and related platforms.- Lead enterprise-level digital transformations, including system integrations and migrations.- Collaborate with technical teams to design data interfaces and integrations via platforms like SAP BTP.- Guide SAP project lifecycles, ensuring strategic alignment and technical robustness.- Collaborate within multishore delivery models, enabling efficient resource allocation and knowledge transfer across geographies- Serve as a trusted advisor for SAP architecture and digital transformation initiatives.- **Service Delivery Management (SAP AMS)**- Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP AMS services.- Build and maintain strong client relationships, engaging stakeholders from CIOs to end-users.- Manage service contracts and align delivery models with customer requirements.- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement service enhancements.- Support remote collaboration across global teams and stakeholders.- Utilize bilingual (English/Spanish) capabilities for effective communication (advantageous).- **Leadership & Team Development**- Lead cross-functional project and delivery teams.- Mentor junior consultants and integrate new team members.- Provide thought leadership on SAP best practices and emerging technologies.-- **Qualifications**Qualifications**Qualifications**:- **Education**:- 7+ years of experience in SAP enterprise architecture and/or AMS delivery.- Proven end-to-end implementation experience with SAP S/4HANA and legacy SAP landscapes.- Deep expertise in at least one SAP core module.- Proven experience with clients in discrete manufacturing environments.
