**APPOINTMENT SETTER - REMOTE POSITION****MANDATORY REQUIREMENT**:Advanced English proficiency. This is essential as you will be making calls to clients in the United States.**WHAT WE OFFER**:- **Base Salary**: $12,000 MXN per month + **Bonuses**:- **Sales Commissions**: Additional income for each closed sale**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Make **80 calls per day** (split into two call blocks)- Schedule **1 to 2 appointments per day** with potential clients- Follow up on scheduled appointments and maintain an organized database- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff- Report daily and weekly metrics regarding appointments and outcomes**WORK CONDITIONS**:- Remote position- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)- Must remain connected via Microsoft Teams during work hours**IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE**:- Advanced English skills (spoken and written)- Excellent communication and persuasion abilities- Highly organized and results-driven- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently**ADDITIONAL DETAILS**:- **Start Date**: Last week of March- **In-person Training in Monterrey**: During the last week of March upon joining (_includes a training bonus_)- **Growth Opportunities Available**Pay: From $12,000.00 per month**Language**:- Inglés (required)Work Location: RemoteApplication Deadline: 21/03/2025Expected Start Date: 20/07/2025
