This group handles personal US insurance claims involving car accidents and weather-related events. This position will allow you the opportunity to begin learning the art of investigation, negotiation, and interpretation of US insurance policy contracts.**The Responsibilities**:- Know, interpret, and enforce US insurance law, code, and policy contracts.- Successfully resolve claims with US customers.- Provide best-in-class customer service and direction to our insureds and claimants.- Utilize technology and processes to provide timely resolution to your work.- Adhere to all applicable company, state, and federal guidelines as necessary.**The Requirements**:- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
