**Primary Job Accountabilities**- Ensure Mexico network stability**Essential Functions and Tasks**- Coordinate support team to ensure proper solution to end user issues- Monitor network usage and coordinate incident resolution with corporate network team- Plan laptops purchase process- Ensure MX asset inventory is up to date- Prepare accounts and laptops for new hire employees- Plan & coordinate IT infrastructure expansion / refresh projects (access controls, screens, network, security cameras)- Implement and enhance end user support process across all Mexico locations- Plan and report KPis monthly to keep track of improvement on team activities- Enable constant communication with Mexico leaders to adjust team plan and priorities properly**Knowledge and Expertise**- Active directory- ITIL- Cisco networking- Windows operating system- Power shell scripting- Aduasis knowledge**Competencies**- General knowledge of customs process**Skills**- Fluent in English communication- Project management- Leadership- Ability to communicate effectively with managers / directors**Experience**- 5+ years in end user support related role- 3+ years working with active directory- 2+ years working with Aduasis- 4+ working with power shell scripts- 4+ years working with Cisco network infrastructure- 2+ years working with ITIL**Education**- _Computer science_
