As a Traditional Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing traditional media campaigns to effectively reach our target audience. This is a full-time position in a remote setting for a USA Company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and execute traditional media campaigns, including print, radio, and television advertisements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaign strategies and objectives that align with our client's goals.
- Research and analyze target audience demographics, market trends, and competitors to optimize campaign performance.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with traditional media vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Monitor campaign metrics and provide regular reports to track performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in traditional media.
- Provide support to the creative team by sharing insights and recommendations for impactful messaging and ad placements.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Advanced English Knowledge of Excel
- Advanced English
- Strong understanding of traditional media channels and their effectiveness in reaching target audiences.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting using industry-standard tools.

**Desired Experience**:

- Experience working in an advertising agency or media planning firm.
- Experience in traditional media planning, buying, or coordination.
- Knowledge of digital media channels and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with media planning software and tools.
