**Minimum qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.- 3 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting within an agency or in-house recruiting team.- Experience in recruiting for technical roles, which may include Program Manager, Technical Program Manager, or UX roles.- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to enable client relationship management in Latin America.**Preferred qualifications**:- 5 years of experience with core HR recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation.- Experience in discussing and partnering compensation packages.- Experience in stakeholder management and effectively partnering with hiring managers.- Ability to develop client-focused recommendations and implement effective solutions.- Ability to build productive relationships and consultative skills.**About the job**:Great just isn't good enough for our People Operations team (known elsewhere as "Human Resources").
