Gaba Telepsychiatry is looking for Front Desk Representative.As a Healthcare Customer Service Provider, your primary responsibility is ensuring patients feel welcomed and supported.In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact, requiring a genuine sense of empathy, compassion, and understanding for those seeking mental health support. Your contribution to their well-being is significant, making your role essential in their journey.Excellent people skills and superior organizational abilities are crucial to excel in this position.You will handle calls regarding appointments, new patient education, patient check-in, and check-out, collect patient balances and payments, schedule appointments, send and receive correspondence, document calls, and assist patients through their registration process.**What are we looking for?**Ensuring the patient experience is enjoyable and easy.- Someone fluent in English- Open to learning and understanding our services- Someone who can make patients feel comfortable- Reliable individual with a professional and empathetic demeanor- Compassionate, patient, and helpful- Organized and detail-oriented- Is a resilient problem solver- Has strong people skills- Has excellent verbal communication skills- Has 2+ years of experience as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative or a similar role.- Experience with CRM or Scheduling Technologies is a big plusTo apply, please submit your resume, a cover letter, and relevant certifications.Although this is an online job, you are expected to collaborate with the team, and available for meetings with the team, and be available at your desk most of the shift.This job will suit an individual who enjoys working in a team and collaborating.We’re looking for a committed full-time team member.**Two shift options**8 AM - 5 PM EST9 AM - 6 PM ESTPay: $11,200.00 - $24,000.00 per month
