**Zurich Capability Center** is looking for a highly skilled and proactive **SharePoint Developer** to join our Digital Workplace team. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining robust SharePoint Online solutions that enhance collaboration, streamline workflows, and optimize document and knowledge management across the organization.**Key Responsibilities**:- Design and develop scalable SharePoint Online solutions using **SPFx**, **PnP Framework**, and **Power Platform** (Power Automate, Power Apps).- Implement custom web parts, extensions, and site designs aligned with UX/UI best practices and accessibility standards.- Create seamless integrations between SharePoint and other enterprise platforms using **Microsoft Graph API**, **Azure Logic Apps**, and **RESTful services**.- Lead migration initiatives from legacy SharePoint environments to the Microsoft 365 cloud.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, IT architects, and project stakeholders, to deliver user-centric solutions.- Draft comprehensive documentation including solution architecture, deployment guides, and user manuals.**Qualifications & Experience**:- Minimum **4 years** of experience in SharePoint development, with a strong focus on **SharePoint Online (Modern Experience)**.- Proven experience with **SPFx**, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML5, and CSS3.- In-depth knowledge of **Microsoft 365**, **Power Platform**, and **Azure Active Directory**.- Proficiency in modern development and deployment tools, including **Visual Studio Code**, **Git**, **Azure DevOps**, and **CI/CD pipelines**.- Understanding of information architecture, taxonomy, and metadata strategies within SharePoint.- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (C1+ level or equivalent).- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.**Desirable**:- Microsoft Certifications such as **MS-600 (Power Platform Developer)** or **PL-400**.- Experience in enterprise-grade SharePoint migrations using tools like **ShareGate** or **Metalogix**.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).**Who we are**Looking for a challenging and inspiring work environment where you can make a difference?
