As an HR Intern, you will assist with various aspects of the recruitment process and gain practical experience in talent management.**Responsibilities**:- Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.- Conduct research on recruitment trends and best practices.- Collaborate on special HR projects and activities related to improving hiring processes.**Requirements**:- Studying preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.- Collaborative with a willingness to learn in a team environment.- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with online recruitment tools.- Positive approach with a willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges.- Intermediate English level**Benefits**:- Opportunity to gain practical experience in the HR and recruitment field.- Opportunity ro collaborate in a multicultural environment- Work in a professional environment that fosters growth and learning.**WORKING CONDITIONS AND EQUAL EMPLOYMENT**Any physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the described job.
