Team Overview:
We are looking for an intern who is passionate about interacting with and advocating for employees, leaders and HR teams to achieve the best results, drive HR initiatives and look for opportunities for continuous improvement in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Role Responsibilities:
As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to work in a rapid and complex changing environment and learn about HR with some areas of focus including: employee experience, employee lifecycle (like on and off boarding), talent management & engagement.

Role Qualifications:

- College student with high potential
- Passionate about interacting with and advocating for employees
- Experienced with G Suite (docs, sheets, slides, forms), Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, keen to learn and experiment with new technologies
- Able to demonstrate high judgment, empathy, autonomy, and flexibility.
