From securing hard-to-find components to streamlining supply chains, we deliver comprehensive services, including parts sourcing, logistics, and expert consultation, to keep our clients’ operations running smoothly.**Our Core Values**- Strive to be legendary- Own your decisions and outcomes- Attitude and activity win- Respect others always**What You’ll Be Doing**- Provide guidance on HR policies, including complex issues such as accommodations, investigations, and terminations.- Oversee employee disciplinary meetings and maintain proper documentation.- Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding new hires, collaborating with managers to identify job requirements.- Conduct onboarding sessions and support employees during their first 90 days.- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and recommend best practices.- Analyze compensation trends and propose competitive pay structures.- Partner with leadership to develop training programs that promote professional growth.- Plan and execute HR events while providing IT support for onboarding tasks.- Perform administrative duties to support departmental goals.**Qualifications****Required**- Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English- High School degree or equivalent- Previous experience in HR operations, including recruitment, compliance, and employee relations- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and quick to learn new software- Completion of a behavioral assessment before the interview process- Authorization to work without sponsorship**Preferred**- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices- Experience with data analysis and reporting**Why Join Astute?**At Astute, you’ll join an innovative, results-driven team where your contributions are valued.
