Are you a fluent English speaker with a passion for delivering outstanding client service? We are seeking a Fully Bilingual Client Support Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in a dynamic, supportive environment, providing vital administrative and client support to our U.S.based legal team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound client calls, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
- Manage client inquiries, provide accurate updates, and assist with scheduling.
- Offer administrative support to the legal team, including handling legal documentation (non-litigation).
- Draft, proofread, and organize essential documents with attention to detail.
- Schedule appointments for U.S.based attorneys and follow up with clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in English and Spanish (fully bilingual).
- Must reside in Guadalajara or nearby areas.
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic legal knowledge is an advantage but not required.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Competitive salary of 13,000 to 16,000 MXN per month after taxes, based on experience and English proficiency.
