As a trusted advisor and coach, this position is the ultimate end user advocate that always considers the end user experience.Here’s what you’ll be doing:- Handling mid-level change programs or a significant part of a larger change program in our Go To Market portfolio- Creating or significantly contributing to enablement strategy and plan, including training and communications- Collaborating with project teams to ensure the successful execution of the end-to-end technology enablement strategy- Proactively identifying and implementing improvements to the change management strategy & methodology- Working closely with project teams and business partners across the company- Building executive presentations and identifying risks and issues relating to the change management workHere’s what we’re seeking:- Fluency in English is required- 4+ years working on complex programs requiring change management, communications and/or training expertise- Experience working in Sales or delivering change management programs for Go to Market based organizations- A highly organized, upbeat, and creative change professional- Handles ambiguity in their stride and can be flexible in their approach- An amazing communicator, who has presence and impact and can simplify messaging / incorporate storytelling- Proven track record of managing change initiatives or a significant portion of an initiative, as part of a team or independently- Grounded in change management principles, methodologies, tools, and innovative, cutting edge best practicesAccommodationsPosting StatementSalesforce is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
