Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Key Responsibilities**- Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.- Track expenses and oversee the maintenance budget.- Maintain all equipment to ensure optimal working conditions.- Create, update, and implement maintenance documentation and procedures.- Develop and implement maintenance plans to maximize efficiency and minimize unplanned downtime.- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and resolve issues.- Plan and manage all repair and installation activities, both internal and external.- Plan, manage, and verify work completed by outside contractors to ensure compliance with local codes and Modineer standards.- Ensure all department personnel adhere to safety policies and procedures.- Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates.
