As a Planner for MX Wholesale Channel, which includes Innovasport, Innvictus and Field accounts, the role is responsible for forecasting, seasonal buy strategy, retailer inventory management processes including the overall seasonal planning process of the account and reporting of the business. Partners with Sr Manager of Wholesale Planning to review and manage demand, profitability, and alignment to financial targets to mitigate risks and opportunities across the assigned Account. Start, review and actively manage Auto Replenishment forecast and process across genders and categories. Your Impact Seasonal GTM Planning (Account: Responsible for the process of creating seasonal plans and the assessment of the plans created by the planning team. Partner with Merchandise Channel Manager and Sales Team for consensus and alignment for the Strategic Account. Financial Planning: Manage demand plan to financial targets. Drive the review and reconciliation of seasonal retailer and channel OTB/receipt plans. Analyze financial impact to account related to sales/margin/turn. Identify markdown/promotion opportunities and develop contingency plans for inventory management across total Account business Account Analysis: Understand account level (vs Channel and Total Marketplace) trend analysis by category and style with Merchandise Channel Manager and Sales Directors and respond to market trends by informing plans and strategies for future seasons. Inventory/AR Analysis: Manage forecast process for key never out of stock (AR models) Process & Operations: Responsible for evaluating and driving process improvement across a specific account base or distribution channel Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree 2-5 years of Planning, experience in DTC a plus. 2-5 years of experience in Planning, demand or other related field Collaborative, Exceptional communicator, Critical thinking, problem solver and Results driven High communication skills in dealing with multiple cross-functional partners internally and externally, as well as being able to synthesize data for leadership. This position is often asked to quickly present potential upside due to the fast-paced nature of MX business. Workplace Location Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Mexico office. Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week.
