**Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are**:- Be responsible for external and internal customer satisfaction.- Be responsible for weekly production planning and customer deliveries.- Report core KPIs monthly; customer disruption, customer OTIF, Supplier OTIF, premium freight, total freight and ICR.- Be responsible for establishing all inventories, material flows and support production (inventory returns, accuracy, obsolete etc).- Ensure the management of customer portals (GM, Ford, VW and Daimler) to track material orders and specific requirements of each.- Be responsible for compliance and enforce and carry out activities according to the Global Supply Chain manual as well as the procedures performed for the use of ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning).- Be responsible for the activities of receipt, filling, boarding and their accuracy in Infor.- Be responsible for the control of engineering changes in the logistics part to comply with the implementation schedule, as well as avoid obsolete ones.- Coordinate physical plant inventories together with the plant controller.- Provide support to direct purchasing and supplier quality positions with logístical information as applicable.- Be responsible for the management of warehouses, taking care of the safety of employees and plant.- Be responsible for the budget control of the areas under your charge.- Monitor the consumption of materials to remove negatives from the system by approving or rejecting such adjustments.- Be responsible for the activities necessary to enforce good C-TPAT practices.- Reinforce and enforce the use of the QRCM tool for the solution of problems in the supply chain area that affects the production of both plants.**What Do We Expect From You**:- Experience within SCM department, trade customs, warehouse initiatives.- Team work.- Effective communication.- Leadership.- Proactive.- Assertiveness.- Analytic.- Capacity of analysis- Management skills.**What can you expect from us?**:- Attractive working conditions and self-development opportunities.- Short procedures, fast decision making and open communication structures.- Friendly and informal atmosphere.- Innovative leader with a strong drive to win**FOCUS** - **TRANSPARENCY** - **ONE INALFA** and **RESPECT** are core values within our company.**Location**: Irapuato Assembly**Time Type**: Full time**Contact Person**: Juan Rivera Sanchez
