We’ve built a diverse, results-driven culture, centered on our commitment to excellence, caring, and inclusion.What We Need & What You'll Do (Responsibilities):- Manage recurring billing for major accounts, solve issues and analyze billing data, process billing using two different systems.- Manage large spreadsheet data in Excel and manage web-based billing systems.- Manage contracts with low complexity.- Will prepare, maintain, and reconcile all necessary billing cycle activities to deliver accurate and effective client billing information.- Ensure contract compliance in minor accounts and regularly support internal and external audits.Who You Are (Qualifications):- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience (Economic-administrative careers)- Minimum 1 year experience in related field- Advanced English- High ability to analyze legal documents and provide interpretation of them.- Excellent verbal and written communication.- Ability to exercise good business judgment.- Knowledge of service billing functions in a commercial environment.- Customer satisfaction oriented.
