Responsibilities The PepsiCo Global Real Estate (PGRE) function manages the company's global real estate portfolio, facilities management, and project management services. The Regional Head of PGRE for LATAM leads a regional team delivering PGRE services to sites within the Region. Working with the Strategy & Governance team, the leader expands PGRE capabilities and manages enterprise relationships. Lead the team responsible for identification, evaluation, and execution of real estate business-as-usual transactions and proactively find opportunities to support business growth and operational efficiency across the Region. Lead the team delivering Enterprise Project Management for projects across the Region (offices, R&D locations, and Supply Chain locations). Lead teams delivering Facilities Management services across applicable sites within the Region (offices, R&D locations, and Supply Chain locations). Be a core contributor to the PGRE Leadership team and help shape the wider PGRE agenda. Incorporate a Customer Relationship Management mindset; understand business priorities and challenges before discussing real estate topics and solutions. Encourage innovation and translate PepsiCo's vision to Real Estate and FM operational strategy. Drive the overall strategic direction of the PGRE portfolio in partnership with the Strategy & Governance group and other PepsiCo areas (EH&S, S&T, Finance, GP, HR, etc.). Develop and grow the capabilities of team members through leadership and understanding of PepsiCo business challenges. Influence business decisions through supervision of key deliverables such as business transactions, financial analysis, and financial modeling for applicable locations; partner with Regional CEO, CFO, CPO, and senior leaders in Supply Chain. Drive operational aspects of the team (performance, compliance) and implement workforce and succession plans to meet business needs. Engage leaders, colleagues, and customers on complex and important issues. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Organizational Leadership, or related field. Masters degree (MBA) or other advanced degrees may be preferred. Minimum of 15 years' experience in relevant fields (Executive Strategic Ops, Global Real Estate management, Organizational Leadership, or related areas). Solid experience across the three core pillars of PGRE: Real Estate (transactions and portfolio strategy), Project Management (office, DC, or manufacturing projects), and Facilities Management. Proven leadership and strategic management experience in global real estate, people experience, or related fields. Experience in financial management, budgeting, and reporting within a corporate real estate context. Experience in stakeholder management and building strong relationships with internal and external partners. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a results-oriented approach. Proficiency in managing organizational change and adopting new workplace technologies, processes, and practices. Experience leading cultural transformation initiatives to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion. Experience working in a global environment with cross-cultural communication and collaboration. Willingness to travel internationally as needed to support global operations and initiatives. Ability to leverage data analytics and insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize workplace performance. Exceptional leadership abilities focused on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across diverse cross-functional teams.
