Mexico 21607****Better together**This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.**Hours**: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM.**Position Responsibilities**- Assist with onboarding, including sending employment information and screenings to new hires and completing internal new hire documentation.- Provide daily administrative support and assist with projects.- Complete weekly recruiting summaries.**Minimum Requirements**- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.- **Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.**- 2+ years in HR or relevant administrative experience.- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday) and Microsoft Office.**Benefits**- Complete medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage and other wellness programs.- Savings fund with employer match.
