Requisition ID: 28140- Job Location(s): Apodaca, MX- Take your career to the next level,_ _Danfoss is looking for a Line Quality Engineer who will be responsible for drive quality improvements in production to ensure stable output and reduce scrap and rework, ensure quality systems and standards are in place and make sure they are followed, help to protect customers against failures in the problem solving process (internal /external), ensure fact based data analysis so the organization is able to make the right priorities of quality projects._- _- Here is an exciting opportunity to work on a global class company. Join Danfoss and launch your career to reach sky high_**Responsibilities**:Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.- Manage customer complaints using ISO / IATF quality tools.- Coordinate teams to find root causes, deploy corrective and preventive actions and share lesson learned across teams and processes- Ensure that quality tools and proper documentation is developed and implemented before new product release (PPAP towards Customer).- Support and control that the QMS processes is executed in accordance with QMS processes including conducting of audits where applicable.- Control that the waivers and concession approval process on parts, products and manufacturing processes are correctly executed and Participate in approval of waivers on parts and internal manufacturing processes.- Lead activities that improves the quality in the manufacture process and processes towards customers**Background & Skills**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.- 5 minimum years’ experience as direct responsible for Managing Customer Complaints and as Quality Engineer for the Line.- Theoretical and practical experience on Root Cause Problem Solving.- Strong experience working with HVAC-R (Desirable)- English 100%.- Green or Black Belt (Desirable)**Danfoss - Engineering Tomorrow**:At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
