TheColleague is responsible for generating reports on member activity and responding toqueries from members, providers and clients and producing letters and documentationand preparing reports.- Process Benefits files and payroll files according to the processing calendar, validating for accuracy- Review and approve claims- Assist the Employee contact center on case escalations- Monitor and properly respond to client requests from the HR Inboxes- Keep track of daily activities and SLA- Reviewing and drafting Standard Operating procedures- Draft root cause analysis- Partner with client service manager in client meetings**How this opportunity is different**The role of this position is to provide advice to customers and support them as an ally in their securit**Skills and experience that will lead to success**- Experiência: experience in back office work, operational work of service industry such as insurance, banking, technology, call center.- Conocimientos Técnicos: must have data fluency.- Estudios y/o especialidades: Bachelor degree- Idiomas: Portuguese & English- Herramientas Tecnológicas: Microsoft Word, Power Point, Intermediate Excel**How we support our colleagues**In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
