**What you’ll do**:- Manage, maintain, and support our ERP System including LX, WebTop, WebSphere, Intellichief, Formtastic, EGLI, IDF, SSL Certificates, SIW, NOMIX, BPCS, Cashbook, CFDI, Konesh, etc.- Perform server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly- Create SQL queries and complete basic performance troubleshooting- Perform ERP client installation and configuration- Create ERP user accounts and assign rights based on job functional requirements- Install, configure, audit, manage, resolve issues and maintain technological equipment and software to ensure functionality, compliance and efficiency- Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed- Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups- Perform daily operations in support of ERP system- Create reports, dashboards, and queries upon request for all business units including reports for SOX controls- Provide instruction, assistance and support to end-users- Help to develop timelines and project plans- Ensure the on-time delivery of project tasks- Work with IT to create and execute procedures for software and hardware upgrades- Assist the QA team with the promotion of changes to our different AS400 environments**What you’ll need**:- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Management Information systems, Computer Science or related fields or equivalent training/experience- 5+ years in information technology- 5+ years of database, network administration and/or system administration experience- Advanced working knowledge with AS400 and Wintel environments- Working knowledge of system virtualization- Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware and networking protocols- Experience with scripting and automation tools- Working knowledge of security, storage, data protection and disaster recovery protocols and best practices- Fluent in English (Written and verbal)- Ability to write SQL queries- Creative thinker, being able to think outside the box- .Net and RPG Programing is a plus- IBM iOS or Infor LX basic knowledge is a plus
