Scope of leadership rolePosition Summary: Conducts and documents basic financial/business analysis and provides data for forecasting process. May also be responsible for general accounting activities. Conducts and documents basic financial and business analyses and research in areas such as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, profitability and investments. Compiles and prepares reports, graphs and charts for communication of analysis results. Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, general business conditions, profitability and other related areas. May prepare and compile basic data for income and balance sheet statements, consolidated statements, and various other accounting statements and reports for business unit or plant. Performs tasks in accordance with statutory regulations and Corporate accounting standards/policies.Major Responsibilities:- Coordinate and development of weekly/monthly analysis of Profit and Losses account in order to make sure there’s no overspending and keep everything align with the projection by segment.- Responsible for Month Close, providing information support of accruals.- Run and analyze the expense performance in order to prepare the forecast and commitment.- Maintain Labor reports and Overhead analysis.- Be part of Finance meetings and explain results of performance on weekly basis.- Work with Expense reports and review and share comparative of actuals vs forecast by production segment.- Checking and work with Expense analysis, following the process with the project leader and requestors.- Provide accurate information to Finance Manager, follow up Sales, Cost of Goods sold and Absorption performance.Required Education / Experience / Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting- CPA or CPA equivalent preferred- 3 - 5 years of relevant and progressive accounting experience- Travel: No- Language: Spanish is required.About Regal RexnordRegal Rexnord Corporation (“Regal Rexnord”) is a leading manufacturer of electric motors, electrical motion controls, power generation and mechanical power transmission products and sub-systems, serving customers around the world in the general industrial, consumer, commercial construction, food & beverage, and alternative energy end markets, among others.
