Today, HPS is deeply engaged in product solutions for OSP Communication utility purposes, and has been actively growing that segment of the business. HPS roots have historically been in high voltage transmission, distribution, substation, underground products used by electric utilities. HPS products are also used in the civil construction, transportation, gas and water industries.At HPS, we build products that provide mission critical infrastructure and that deliver communications and power to millions of people worldwide. It operates in three segments: Electrical, Power, and Industrial Technology.**Position Overview**:- This position will provide Product Costing and Operational support. Other responsibilities include ensuring strong control environment and execution of productivity and other improvement actions.**Skills and Experience**:- Bachelor's Degree in Public Accountant, Finance or related Topic.- Experience in cost accounting, finance and/or similar position.- Advanced English 60 - 70%.- Management of excel advanced level.- Advanced Management in SAP (preferably).- Experience in Daily Reports of current Effectiveness vs. Plan.- Experience in Hours Earned and Forecast (Productivity), scrap.- Experience in validation of productivity projects.- Knowledge in reports of Manufacturing Expenses and Cost Conversion.- Knowledge in preparing the Annual Budget and Monthly Forecast.- Experience in Validating Capitalization Projects (AFE’s).- Active participation in WCM meetings and projects.- Communication skills at all levels.- Customer service attitude.- Analysis capacity.- Sense of urgency.- Self-directed.- Teamwork.- Proactive.- Analytical.**Competencies**:- Empowers Others- Professional Maturity- Establishes Priorities- Customer Focus- Integrity and Ethics- Results Driven/Initiative- Strategic Thinking- Communications- Builds Talent- Team Leadership- Functional Excellence- Business Knowledge
