SUMMARY The Division Sales Manager assists the Division Vice President in managing the overall success of assigned branches, by maximizing profitability, generating sales individually and through the leadership of others. JOB DUTIES Supervises the sales and operational performance of multiple branches. Implements corporate initiatives, policies, and procedures to support the overall direction of Motion Industries. Collaborates to identify and secure new business opportunities and improve operational effectiveness. Plans, organizes, allocates resources and directs the day-to-day operations of the division under the direction of the Division VP. Works very closely with Corporate Accounts roles in the division. Covers all aspects of sales, account management, training, and sales support. Develops sales plans and budgets for achieving sales goals. Creates action plans to penetrate new markets and cultivate customer relationships.Performs other duties as assigned. Assists in leading the sales strategy and growth plan for a Division set by the Division VP. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Typically requires a bachelor's degree and five (5) to ten (10) years of related experience or the equivalent combination. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES Exceptional level of drive and passion for results. Able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. Ability to coach and provide feedback to direct reports.Ability to use Microsoft Office. Good driving record required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
