**Responsibilities**:- Supervise and/or perform accounting of the group's companies in a timely way.- Develop all accounting tools for the decision making of the company.- Financial, payroll and tax knowledge.**Mandatory knowledge or competences**:- Technical and practical knowledge in accounting with analytical profile.- Ensure the order and organization of your area.- Good interpersonal relationship that ensures the correct flow of communication with the key positions of the company.- Experience in managing current accounting programs and international accounting regulations. Management of systems.**Main Activities**:- Perform monthly reviews of accounting information.- Review the costs and appraisals of the company's assets and control asset depreciation.- Ensure the correct accounting of the company up to date.- Issue tax reports and make filings of such tax payments.- Perform asset revaluations when required by the company.- Review that the order of the accounting backups that support the monthly accounting is maintained.- Review the catalog of accounts and accountants and give the appropriate maintenance.- Post and verify in the system the ledger movements and transactions made in the company.- Prepare and submit financial statements of the company's operations, as well as review and report variations found with respect to previous periods.- Generate the information and ensure the correct calculation of the form- Prepare and issue invoices for services provided- Prepare and make tax payments- Keep track of tangible and intangible asset insurance- Registration and control of various provisions (expenses and taxes)Payroll mooring, cost of sales and taxes- Payroll accounting record and commission provision and analysis.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $21,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Opción a contrato indefinido- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoLugar de trabajo: Hybrid remote en 45116, Zapopan, Jal.
