As we continue growing at a fast pace, will you “Dare to Grow” with us?About the RoleThe Logistics Operations Professional is responsible for overseeing daily air logistics activities, ensuring timely and accurate execution of shipments while complying with regulatory requirements and company policies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce transit times, and improve service levels for our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and monitor air freight shipments from origin to destination, ensuring all documentation, customs clearance, and freight handling are accurately processed.Manage relationships with airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operation and resolve any issues that arise during transportation.Ensure compliance with international, national, and local regulations pertaining to air cargo, including safety and security standards.Analyse logistics data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for operational improvement and cost reduction.Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, customer service, and warehouse to synchronize logistics activities and support customer satisfaction goals.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements affecting air logistics.Support and mentor junior team members, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.Qualifications and SkillsProven experience in logistics operations, specifically within air freight environments is advantageous.Strong understanding of air cargo procedures, documentation, and customs regulations.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and work under pressure.Effective communication abilities in both Spanish and English to liaise with internal teams and international partners.Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.Why Join CEVA FM Mexico?CEVA FM Mexico is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where every team member is valued and empowered to thrive. The role may require occasional flexibility to meet operational demands.
