**Requirement**:- Office package- Budget control- Company policies and internal regulations- Bachelor in Pyschology, Industrial Relations or similar- 3-5 years of experience in HR area**Responsibilities**- Responsible to coordinate all company events: End of Year party, Familiy Day, Halloween, Christmas, Independence day, Chinese New Year, company values strengthen, among others.- Responsible for onboarding and welcoming new comers: HR initial training, company credentials, plant tour, locker assignment, among others.- Responsible for the Work Environment Survey, NOM-035 and the following action plans.- Responsible to coordinate company services, such as: Shuttle bus, maintenance of office, caffeteria, cleaning service, coffee break for visitors, business travels, lockers for employees, security guards, among others.- Responsible of all services and purchasing of the department: stationary, training material, decorative objects, drinking water, business cards, among others.- Responsible for all expats services: house rent, food service, visas, travel planning, among others.- Implement programs to engage employees, improve morale, and enhance workplace culture.- Listen to employees’ concerns and complaints, investigate misconduct, policy violations, or harassment incidents and, when valid, make suggestions on how to solve the situation and/or fair sanctions to apply.- General support to all Top Sun members within your scope (guidance in HRIS, general queries, among others)- General support to the department.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
