**Compensation**:$10 hourly**Responsibilities**:**Operational Oversight**:- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to company processes and standards.- Develop and implement efficient systems to enhance operational effectiveness.- Work closely with the leadership team to establish and achieve operational goals.**Team Collaboration**:- Facilitate communication and collaboration between virtual teams, including sales, acquisitions, and administrative personnel.- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects.**Process Optimization**:- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall efficiency.- Streamline workflows and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various operational processes.**Technology Integration**:- Evaluate and implement technology solutions to enhance operational capabilities.- Ensure the effective use of virtual tools and platforms for communication, project management, and data analysis.**Data Analysis and Reporting**:- Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.- Generate regular reports for the leadership team, providing insights into operational performance.**Vendor and Partner Management**:- Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless integration and efficient collaboration.- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts as needed.**Qualifications**:- Proven experience in operations management- Organized- Driven, self-starter- Loves learning- Excellent organizational and project management skills.- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment and coordinate with remote teams.- Proficient in using virtual collaboration tools, project management software, and other relevant technologies.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.**About Company**Township Properties is a dynamic and rapidly growing real estate wholesale company specializing in identifying and securing lucrative investment opportunities.
