**What you will do**:
As an Intern Experience Manager (IEM), you will support students in the Americas with the assistance of other global IEMs and the Head of Intern Experience.
Your role is a combination of advisor, intern coach, account manager, and marketer with a lot of direct student engagement.

Working with a world-class globally distributed team, you will:_**- Liaise with our Company Experience Manager to consult about the interview outcomes of interns who will begin their internship shortly
- Provide constructive feedback to the interns who were hired by the company and providing next steps
- Reach out to an intern that the host company has noted communication concerns about to learn about any challenges they are facing and offer guidance
- Liaise with the Partnership Account Manager to support reporting of all students on the cohort to their program

- At least 1-year’s experience in Customer Service or as an Educational Consultant/ Career Counselor
- Experience working in the Higher Education sector, specifically studying abroad or career services is preferred
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Passion for remote work and/or career development
- Experience working in a Startup environment: “thriving in chaos, but working towards structure”
- Fluency in English
- (you don’t need an IELTS, but if you did it would be 7.0+)
