Job TitleMedia SpecialistPosition PurposeWork and follow up with marketing team, media buying and advertising agencies plus finance team to ensure meeting efficiently the performance targets of the marketing media plan. Responsible for coordinating, manage end-to-end agencies trafficking activities, analyze, research, and tracks performance and best practices for all media types. Capable to analyze customer data and category insights to give educated recommendations to the Manager and help successfully develop the overall media strategy. Position reports to the Media and Customer Insights Manager; works cross functionally with all marketing functions.Primary Accountabilities- Work with the Media and Customer Insights Manager to coordinate and execute media plan and tactics, with a particular focus on offline media types, aligned to the yearly approved Marketing Plan.- Provide a solid understanding on media KPIs and analysis to improve track and measure performance of media mix to maximize impact.- Revise and account for the media agency reporting & invoicing to meet administrative controls and procedures; work day to day and coordinated with the Marketing Sr. Admin and Finance Controller Team to track media execution and deviations in budget.- Develop future targeted programs for categories within select geographies.- Coordinate the implementation and traffiking of all planned media activities to and from the Media Buying Agency.Education & ExperienceLevel of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of Study: Marketing and CommunicationsYears of Experience: Three to five years.Type of Experience: Experience in media agency is a must, good understanding of media planning and buying across all channels, broadcast and digital.Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Strong analysis capabilities and data interpretation, advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint knowledgeOther/Preferred: Special Certifications is a plus (NIM, any Digital, Google, Facebook, etc.) and mid to high English proficiency is desirable
