Together, let’s create the extraordinaryJob SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineering Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus.Reporting to the Director Operations, this role involves working responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and leading an organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence.What a typical day looks like:- Manage a team of engineers and technicians to establish and maintain statistical process control systems.- Establish and improve process capabilities.- Develop and maintain process documentation.- Manage development projects that are designed to meet customer product specifications, delivery, and cost expectations.- Work with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.- Improve throughput in constrained areas.- Develop, test, and implement new materials and processes for improved performance and/or lower cost and lead cost reduction efforts in assigned process areas.- Partner with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.- Lead initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost and improve performance in constrained areas.- Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.Experience we’re looking to add to our team:- BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.- Advanced experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment.- Experience in High Volume & Low Volume- Fluent English- Strong Knowledge in PCBA´s (SMT, Back End & Wave solder)- Background in industrial or telecom projects- Experience with manufacturing of complex PCBAs.- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing- Experience in Customer Service.- Microsoft Office- Management of engineering teams- Problem solving skills- LeadershipNice to have:- Black belt certificationWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.AC67Job CategoryProduction Engineering**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:At Flex, we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and know there is much more to a great employee than just a list of requirements - if you are excited about a role (but don’t meet every bullet-point), we encourage you to apply.
