Demand Planning and Control Supervisor Mexico and Latin America

**_Work Mode:_**_ Remote, Monterrey Nuevo León_**Job Description Summary**The demand planner & SOP Supervisor will be responsible to coordinate all S&OP cycle for all Kohler brands to be commercialized in Mexico and Latin America excluding Brazil. This role is instrumental for the success of our enhanced Customer Experience and to achieve our Annual Financial Plan.The associate will lead a cross functional effort to drive the entire Sales and Operations Planning Cycle, it includes the update of the demand and sales forecast, creates and maintains forecast models for customers, manufacturing sites, distribution centers, etc, incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from sales, marketing, finance, retailer replenishment analysts, and other sources.In this position, the Demand Planner and SOP Coordinator will pursue forecast accuracy, inventory health management and reinforce and command our excess and obsolescence policy to maintain and drive the appropriate stocks levels, guaranteeing new products development, new product launches, phase out activities, being launched on time together in conjunction with our Product Marketing teams. Will support track Net Sales and Gross margin.**Key Responsibilities**- Be responsible for the development of standardized processes within Supply/capacity planning to optimize the utilization of business resources and meet strategic business plans.- On a monthly basis, to update all S&OP reports (e.g.: such as Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Turns, Schedule Adherence, Day of Sales controls, MBR, Inventory meetings)- Create and maintain sales forecast baseline; support Capital Plan, MBR and Financial Plans by category and at sku level. Works closely with Finance and Sales to achieve these tasks.- Drive Pre-S&OP meetings with Sales and Marketing teams perusing the consensus.- Create the appropriate forecast and distribute and loads in IBP Tool for US manufacturing and provides it in excel to the external oem vendors and Asia Kohler manufacturing plants.- Project Inventory, manages inventory in excess for our 3PL Monterrey (MT) warehouse- Lead S&OP Executive Meeting presenting Sales forecast, Production Plans, Inventory Projections, New Product Status and Risk and Opps for 12 months ahead- Interact with sales, marketing, and finance to understand and align on supply forecast drivers. Coordinates cross-functional discussions to document and challenge Demand & Supply Plan assumptions and refine the capacity model.- Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach to obtain and align on accurate information to be used for supply forecasts.- Recommend and implement improvements in materials management processes and procedures- Drive a culture of rigor around supply planning processes- Lead continuous improvement efforts to advance the supply planning and forecasting process capabilities- Maintain, enhance, or recommend implementation of technology to manage the supply forecasting process.- Support leadership by providing detailed ad-hoc analysis as needed to assist in driving the business unit supply**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**- Bachelor's degree as Business Administration, Engineering or similar areas;- 10 years of experience in Demand Planning activities or similar Supply Chain areas.- English Advanced- US Visa and Passport- Advanced Office (must have advanced Excel skills)- Power BI and other analytics and data mining skills preferred.- SAP knowledge and proficiency**Why Choose Kohler?**We empower each associate to #BecomeMoreAtKohler with a competitive total rewards package to support your health and wellbeing, access to career growth and development opportunities, a diverse and inclusive workplace, and a strong culture of innovation.
