Sales and Planning Analyst

**Mission**:This position supports the sales team with analysis of programs and works with the team on planning of promotions. This individual is responsible for tracking and providing sales and financial information on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.The position reports to the Senior VP of Sales and works with the sales managers to analyze promotional events for ROI and to monitor sales.**Duties & Responsibilities**:**Sales Reporting**- Track and report sales in GSD$ and projected NSD$ to sales team as needed.- Compile sales forecast from sales operations team each week and supply leadership team with tracking on forecast for the month.- Provide monthly sales information for company financial reporting.**Account Promotional Planning**- Manage T-Pro updates and work with account team to maximize account opportunities to drive incremental volume and ROI.- Work with account team and finance to provide solid financial support on pricing and promotions.- Develop discounts and promotions analysis**Information Technology**- Work with IT to provide solid templates to report sales and financial information.- Understanding of RGM process and tools guaranteeing brand pack and price architecture.**Forecasting**- Work with members of the sales leadership team to provide accurate demand planning forecasts each month to operations.- Complete the monthly demand forecast and communicate to the team.- Measure monthly forecasts against trends to improve accuracy.**Collaboration with other Departments**- Work with marketing to provide consistent direction on Pricing and assortment to grow profitable sales.- Take a lead role in the SKU Rationalization Process**QUALIFICATIONS****Education**:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Sales or Computer Science**Experience**:Advanced level of English (Speaking, Reading and Writing)Advanced level of Microsoft Excel and Power Point**DESIRABLE**1- 3 years experience in Data AdministrationAbout Wise:Wise Foods Inc.
