Facilities Account Lead Latam

Job Purpose: Oversee and ensure a consistent high level of service delivery of integrated facilities management (IFM) services to the client. Develop and implement improvements in areas of customer satisfaction, employee services, site operation expense and performance. Execute plans on agreed scope, schedule and within the outlined budget and forecast. Provide a site level IFM strategic plan, detailed process playbooks and site operation manual with escalation matrix for each location.Key Responsibilities**Requirements**:Academic Background:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Hospitality or related fields. MBA degree desirable, WEL, PMI, others Experience: +10 years’ of experience leading more than 10 countries in LATAM Region Desirable: experience working in technology industry. Technical Skills: - Strong relationship skills which will be essential to forging the partnership with CLIENT and their supply partners to realise and bring to life CLIENT’ vision for FM services - Experience in a customer facing role is essential, as is the ability to provide a practical and innovative FM service to senior managers in a client organization - Practical experience of leading a multi-supply partner team to deliver a seamless, integrated service - Able to have instant credibility by using developed influencing skills is also essential.
