This position has a focus on coordinating sales meetings and supporting sales team activities such as HubSpot/CRM reporting and following up on action items from sales calls.**The Opportunity**:- Schedule sales meetings and following up on action items from sales calls.- Monitors the accuracy of updates of Leads, opportunities in CRM, proactively follow up on missing or stale entries with Pursuit teams.- Implements and manages weekly reports and sales dashboards.This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.**What you need**:- 2-3 years of work experience as an admin assistant- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities and willingness to learn (will be provided training on sales tools)- Excellent oral and written communication skills**What we believe**:We’re proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
