This role will serve as a strategic partner to Delivery, Sales, and Finance leadership, providing insights that drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.**_Key Responsibilities_**- Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Finance teams to forecast revenue, track performance, and identify growth opportunities.- Develop and maintain revenue dashboards, KPIs, and reporting, manipulating large datasets to provide actionable insights.- Analyze pipeline data, bookings, utilization, and pricing to provide actionable recommendations.- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles, including variance analysis and executive reporting.- Build financial models to evaluate sales strategies, deal structures, and investment opportunities.- Drive process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy, timeliness, and automation.**_Must-have Skills_**- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, or Business Operations within Professional Services or SaaS.- Proven expertise with business intelligence tools: SQL (writing queries, joining datasets, building views), Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc. experience with data modeling is a strong plus.- Strong understanding of sales metrics (bookings, pipeline, utilization, margin, win rates, NRR)- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.**What we offer**:- Competitive compensation & total rewards- Health benefits & wellness programs- Savings & retirement plans- Global mobility opportunities- Flexible work policy and remote-friendly approach- Happy hours, gaming tournaments, sports activities & more- Continuous learning & training programs with WizeAcademy- Free certifications in cloud technologies and coding languagesFind out more about our culture here.
