**IT DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION LEAD / INTERNATIONAL COMPANY****LIDER TI / INNOVACION TI****Responsibilities**:**Strategic Responsibilities****Project & Program Management**- Support and lead cross-functional digital transformation projects from concept to execution.- Develop business cases and secure executive buy-in for key initiatives.- Track program milestones, risks, budgets, and KPIs.- Coordinate with IT team and PMO or product teams to ensure delivery standards.**Technology & Innovation**- Support in identify, evaluate, and introduce emerging technologies (AI, automation, cloud, data analytics).- Drive enterprise architecture modernization and digital platforms adoption.- Collaborate with IT to integrate new solutions securely and efficiently.- Partner with vendors and startups for innovative pilots and proof-of-concepts**Process Optimization****Change Management & Culture****Data & Analytics****Stakeholder Engagement**- **Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).- **More than 5 years of professional experience**in digital transformation, innovation, or IT leadership roles.- Proven track record in leading digital initiatives in medium to large organizations.- Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale digital projects.- Demonstrated success in business process reengineering and digital enablement.- Experience working in fast-paced, change-intensive environments Preferable prior involvement experience in global or multi-country transformation programs.- Strong interpersonal skills.- **Advanced to fluent English (essential for global and cross-functional coordination).**:- **Strong understanding of emerging technologies and agile methodologies.**:- Experience working on **big or international companies****Specific Knowledge**:- AI, cloud computing, and IoT, RPA, Big Data, etc.- Experience with BPMN, Design Thinking, and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)**Perks****Schedule**:Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm**Modality**: Full-time, 100% payroll, Hybrid in Mexico City (3 days on site, 2 days home office)**Salary**: $80,000 MXN gross monthly**Legal benefits****Year-end bonus: 33 days****Savings fund: 13% (up to the legal limit)****Grocery vouchers: 13% (up to the legal limit)****Meal vouchers: Equivalent to 20 UMAs per month****Vacation: According to the law****Vacation bonus: 100%****Major Medical Expenses Insurance: Coverage up to 700 times the General Minimum Wage (SMGM)****Life Insurance: Equivalent to 48 months of base salary for natural death and 96 months for accidental death****Annual bonus: 10% of annual salary****Pension plan: Available after 1 year of service**DELEGACION MIGUEL HIDALGO / POLANCOTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $80,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaPregunta(s) de postulación:- En que empresa Fuiste LIDER DE INNOVACION DIGITAL ?Experiência:- Ingles Fluido: 2 años (Obligatorio)- Lider de Innovación Digital: 2 años (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 11560, Colonia Polanco, CDMX
