If you want to be part of a dynamic and diverse team which is responsible for the category growth, profitability, and being the main business partner for Latam CFO and CEO, helping them to make better and informed decisions then this role is just for you**WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE**- Business Partner: Support key stakeholders in Ice Cream with financial analysis, presentations, reporting information and consolidation of the financial results.- Performance Management: Monthly Latam P&L forecast consolidation, defining and monitoring main business targets and OKRs.- Finance Analysis: Work with other support functions to create robust financial business models, P&L analysis, Return on Investment evaluation, etc.- Reporting: Manage of financial systems, reporting actuals and financial forecasts to Leadership regional and global teams.- Business Transformation: Support the Business Transformation team with the Digital Commerce P&L to ensure disproportionate growth, profitability, and the accomplishments of targets. You will be also responsible of defining the strategy and financial business models of the business cases of Business Transformation for LATAM.**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED****Experiences** **& Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree (business, economics, finance preferred)- Advanced English- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skill- Financial planning and analysis experience (P&L understanding)**Skills**- Strong analytical skills- Attention to detail- Passion to success- Self-motivated and a true team player- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Enterprising and inquisitive nature that can find solutions to complex problems.- Thinking out of the box- Agile mindset and WoW: accountability, trust, empowerment, collaboration.**Leadership**- Personal Mastery - Always brings their best self.- Agility- Constantly curious and courageous.- Business Acumen- Generates value in channels and customers.- Passion for High Performance - Inspires the energy needed to win and grow.
