Well Construction Sales Technician

Our innovative physical and digital solutions improve efficiency, production and maximize reservoir value.**Partner with the Best**As a Well Construction Sales Technician, you will be responsible for the activities and processes that help the sales organization achieve business objectives.As a Well Construction Sales Technician, you will be responsible for:- Developing sales force effectiveness, productivity analysis, resource allocation and territory coverage, sales incentives, Salesforce CRM platform, and tools.- Leading business planning and forecasting, on-demand consultation (ITO) processes, and the ITO leader for reviews commercials.- Standardizing product management with predefined options that require simple customer advice.- Contributing to price and terms having a certain degree of granularity by working on the basis of predefined contract pricing frameworks.- Cooperating with sales support (technical) to make sales.- Leading a department with mid-size estimated orders.- Managing the local focus on small and medium territories and diverse clients in a region.**Feed Your Passion**To be successful in this role, you'll need to:- Have a bachelor's degree related to the area or a high school diploma with at least 4 years of sales experience)- Have 3 additional years of experience in sales operations.**Work in a way that works for you**We recognize that everyone is different and that the way people want to work and do their best is different for everyone.**Work with us**Our people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
