The Production Test Technician 3 plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of products by leading testing operations and driving continuous improvement within the production process.Key Requirements:- Experience: 3 years of experience in a similar role (Production Test Technician or related field).**Skills**:- Measurement Devices Management: Expertise in handling and maintaining various measurement devices.- Working Under Pressure: Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced and demanding environments.- Leadership & Team Management: Ability to guide and mentor junior technicians.- Teamwork: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a team.Key Responsibilities:- Testing & Troubleshooting:- Conduct in-depth testing and troubleshooting of complex circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.Test Procedure Development:- Develop and refine advanced test specifications, methods, and procedures.- Potentially lead the development of new test methodologies.- Rework & Repair: Perform complex rework and repair procedures on assemblies or systems.- Technical Reporting: Prepare detailed technical reports, analyze test data, and identify areas for improvement.- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and calibrate test equipment, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy.- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior technicians, providing training and support.- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.**Benefits**:- Competitive Salary.- Excellent working environment.- Opportunities for growth and development.- Transportation service.- Subsidized dining- Benefits higher than those of the law:- Medical expenses insurance.- Life insurance.- Saving Fund 13%- Monthly Food Vouchers (8%)- Annual guaranteed PTU.- 27 days as an annual bonus- Scholarships.Address: Carretera Chapala - Guadalajara 225, 45588 Tlajomulco de Zuniga, Jal.
