This leader will report to the SVP, Global R&D Biscuits and to the President, WACAM. S/he will sit on the WACAM BU Leadership team, and play a key role in shaping the strategy of R&D in the business unit to enable the BU's growth agenda. S/he will drive ‘big bet’ programs and develop capabilities to support new business opportunities and new technologies, improve quality, and reduce costs. In addition to leading R&D agenda for the business unit, this individual will also lead projects in the Biscuits category for the entire Latin America region.Country to country Relocation support available through our Global Mobility PoliciesBusiness Unit SummaryWacam is MondelēzInternational’s Latin America presence with more the 1700 wonderful people proudly representing a diversity of cultures and nationalities.
